Microwave Muffin
Tried the microwave muffin recipe (reblogged on here yesterday) for breakfast today, using almond milk instead of soy.
It turned out pretty well - tasted good and was filling!
I used a flatter, wider container (it was what was clean) and because things were more spread out than they should be, parts of it were eggy. Next time I’m going to use a legit coffee mug and see how that goes!

Got my Federal tax return Saturday

I have paid credit card bills, made loan payments, and bought laminate flooring for the basement.
All that’s left to do is get the 120k mile service done on my car.

I am going to bed in the same pjs I went to bed in last night…as in I never got showered or dressed today.

Cupcakes
Last night I experimented and made apple butter cupcakes with cinnamon vanilla buttercream for today’s pizza party at work.
I like trying to make new varieties of baked goods, but since I’ve been on a diet for all of 2012 I haven’t gotten to do much baking for the fear of tempting myself.
