Yeesh.
I know I should (and I am) be thankful for a reliable car that hasn’t given me any trouble in almost 8 years of ownership, but that much money in one pop is hard to swallow.

Microwave Muffin
Tried the microwave muffin recipe (reblogged on here yesterday) for breakfast today, using almond milk instead of soy.
It turned out pretty well - tasted good and was filling!
I used a flatter, wider container (it was what was clean) and because things were more spread out than they should be, parts of it were eggy. Next time I’m going to use a legit coffee mug and see how that goes!

Last night I experimented and made apple butter cupcakes with cinnamon vanilla buttercream for today’s pizza party at work.
I like trying to make new varieties of baked goods, but since I’ve been on a diet for all of 2012 I haven’t gotten to do much baking for the fear of tempting myself.
